Welcome to the Cal State LA TAP card activation page. Please enter your TAP card number (the number on the lower right of the back of the card) and the activation code in the email you received in the form fields below. This public transit pass is for your sole use and benefit as a student at Cal State LA. Once you complete these steps and hit the submit button, your TAP card will be ready for use in approximately one hour. You must tap your card ONCE at a Metro CPOS machine within 14 days of completing this form to keep it active throughout its validity dates noted above.
